Campus & SOM Calendars
There are two commonly-used, online calendars at UCR: Localist for the centralized UC Riverside Events calendar and Trumba for UCR School of Medicine events, including our Undergraduate Medical Education and Biomedical Sciences curricular schedules.
We do not recommend using Google Calendar or other third-party providers for official School of Medicine purposes as we cannot guarantee their security.
UCR Campus Event Calendar
The UC Riverside Campus Events Calendar is owned by the Office of University Communications and is powered by Localist. The calendar can be easily integrated into all UCR websites through the use of built-in widgets.
The School of Medicine Event Calendar account is managed by Strategic Initiatives, but any UCR employee may sign up for an account and may submit events.

SOM Trumba Calendar
The School of Medicine utilizes a Trumba-based calendar for academic scheduling and other internal events. The calendar is managed by the UCR SOM Office of Information Technology. You can contact helpdesk@medsch.ucr.edu for more information.
Organizations that have a Trumba calendar embedded on their website can contact ross.french@medsch.ucr.edu in the Office of Strategic Initiatives to troubleshoot problems.
