Special Events

Strategic Initiatives is responsible for organizing several major School of Medicine events throughout the year, including Commencement, White Coat Ceremony and Open House.

We may be able to provide guidance, assistance and resources such as decorative items for events.  Please contact Kate Dorff for more information.

Catering

The UCR Procurement Office maintains a list of approved on- and off-campus caterers. Please visit the Procurement website for the up to date list.

Items available for use include:

  • Roll-up banner signs
  • Step-and-repeat banner
  • Other signage
