The Office of Strategic Initiatives oversees the UCR School of Medicine social media accounts. These include: Facebook,Instagram, BlueSky, and LinkedIn

Social Media Comment Policy
We value constructive discussion across our social media platforms. Comments that are rude, disrespectful, or purely critical without adding value may be removed. Users who repeatedly post low-quality content or violate these expectations may be banned. Bot accounts and automated posts will also be removed or blocked.
Website Management
Strategic Initiatives is responsible for the creation and oversight of all School of Medicine websites using the Drupal-based Acquia system, hosted on the UCR.edu domain.

Images with Text
In general, websites should avoid images of text. Exceptions include when the text is a logo, or if the logo has a small amount of text. In this case, the text should appear in the alt text exactly.
If the image contains a substantial amount of text, the text must appear elsewhere on the page.
